How We'll Work

  1. We'll sit down and discuss your health and fitness goals, whether it's to lose weight, regain range of motion, or simply to feel healthier.

  2. We'll decide on a schedule that will help us meet those goals.

  3. I'll design an exercise program that will evolve with you. During our studio sessions, we'll focus on proper form, positioning, and technique. I may send you home with diet and exercise homework.

  4. I'll track your progress the entire way. You can choose to adjust or refine your goals as we go. You'll leave each session feeling motivated and invigorated by the progress you've achieved.

  5. We'll celebrate each milestone and build on each goal reached.
